Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MayaAds ("MayaAds", "we", "us"), a digital services company based in Canada. By using getmayaads.com or any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

MayaAds lets you enter a website address and receive AI-generated advertising material for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), such as ad images, headlines and primary text. Paid plans may include extra features such as square formats, keyword suggestions and competitor estimates.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province or territory, to use MayaAds.
  • You need an account to download ads. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • If you use MayaAds for a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Websites you submit

Only submit websites you own or are authorized to promote. You confirm that you have the rights to any brand names, logos, product information and images found on that website and used in your ads.

4. Free ads and paid plans

  • Each brand (website domain) may receive a limited number of free ads, as described on our home and pricing pages. We may change free limits at any time.
  • Paid plans are billed in Canadian dollars on a recurring basis until cancelled. Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST/QST) are added where required.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • We will give reasonable notice before changing the price of an existing subscription.

5. Ownership of generated ads

Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, you may use the ads generated for you for any lawful purpose, including commercial advertising. MayaAds keeps all rights to the platform, its software, design and brand. Because AI output is generated automatically, similar results may be produced for other users, and we do not guarantee that generated content is unique or eligible for copyright protection.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Review every ad before publishing it. You are responsible for making sure your ads are accurate, comply with Meta's Advertising Standards, the Competition Act and other applicable laws, and do not make misleading claims.
  • Do not use MayaAds to create unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content, or content about restricted products where prohibited.
  • Do not attempt to bypass free limits, scrape the service, reverse engineer it or disrupt its operation.

7. Estimates and no guarantees

Keyword suggestions, competitor traffic figures and similar insights are AI-generated estimates and may be inaccurate. MayaAds does not guarantee any advertising result, including reach, clicks, sales or return on ad spend. MayaAds is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, MayaAds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the service or other users at risk. You may stop using MayaAds and request deletion of your account at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant we will notify you on the site or by email. Continuing to use MayaAds after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province in which MayaAds is registered and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be heard in the courts of that province, unless your local consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
